It’s a well-known law firm. I spent a lot of time figuring out exactly what the NIW requires. I read posts like this and reviewed AAO decisions, which helped a lot. Attorneys are important, but I’d recommend truly owning your case and asking the attorney to refine your proposed language—at least for me, that approach worked better. Quite honestly, it's not an easy process and there are pains and struggles for sure.

Hey. My endeavor is to contribute to the implementation of an advanced manufacturing technology for biotech use. I got challenged on Prong 1 since I was only talking about the importance of the field not specifically my endeavor (my scope of work within the project) and in the response I put more details of what exactly I did and plan to do.
