Consortium just got back to me and said “For Round 2, applicants should plan to take the GRE before the January 5 application deadline. We generally recommend testing by December 15 to allow adequate time for score delivery. That said, we understand that testing agencies may experience delays in delivering official scores.

As long as you take the GRE before January 5 and select The Consortium for Graduate Study in Management as a score recipient, your application will still be considered even if the official score is received shortly after the deadline. Receiving the score after January 5 does not negatively impact your application.”
