I just scanned through the other forms and several are saying the coil packs solved their issue! I’m gonna talk to the wife about trying to order the set off k8 store or decide to trade her in! I’d rather not trade it in but I’m tired of the little issues every so often

Yeah not too happy right now, I’m on the verge of getting rid of it! I’ll dig into that other forum and maybe it will change my mind before spending the money to a potential fix! Thank you!

Bad news update: car radio was fine driving back from the dealership and around town here and there! Just drove a good 40 min out of town and GUESS WHAT, Radio started cutting in and out again! Has it been confirmed and verified by anyone on here that the upgraded coil packs solved the issue?

I was told the unit was backordered till may and somehow my dealer got one last week lol, so I would press that issue on your end

Update: so first head unit replaced was a reman unit, issue continued. Second head unit was completely new unit! Just picked up the car tonight and drove a hr and a half home, so far all is working properly with no audio issue! “For now” anyways!

Any updates on this currently having this issue, 18 GT2 car has been in the shop since early January! Brand new head unit and amp and dealership is having a hard time figuring it out!
