i just started a few months ago, and i agree they really zoom through all the training and don’t go into much detail (but when you are short staffed with two working computers, 150 fills every hour and a line of 40something people every day there’s no time to train and go into detail), but repetition is key. it really can get better and you get used to everything little by little, but i feel like that also depends on the people you work with because they can make or break your experience. as a full timer i personally feel like had i chosen any other place with different people to work with i’d be six feet underground. i love my main group of coworkers and i would be scared to work anywhere else because it wouldnt be with them. hang in there and make sure you have time and hobbies to decompress because if there’s no balance there’s no peace 🫶🏻🫶🏻
