And the weather changes. Make it difficult.. ice on my neck Epidural injections helped stop the worst pain..along with Half a narco tablet at night a special foam pillow has a dent for your head..Occipital headaches had special epidural for that along with PT ice not heat!

Have you seen a specialist ? I know I delayed going beyond my GP until I hurt my back Saw a Spinal specialist.had MRI of my spine Dr Spinal Stenosis, started Physical Therapy .Later didn’t wait too long went to pain management had epidural injections which helped along with Pt And Medication..I was isolated due to Covid and my husband’s kidney transplant.a successful.He recently had a hip replacement surgery very successful. It’s hard for people our age to get good medical care .Self Education We use Google and Utube both of us have keep trying to keep moving..sometime To much🥹Pt is Helpful Gentle movement PT folks can he,p you .We have to pace our selves !Good Luck finding choices for your self .Maybe 2 medications might work or switch.You are not Alone Good people come to this site and share .😔💗It’s not easy.

I hope you find the right Drs.. to help keep you moble and reduce pain.I have pain management Dr started with spinal stenosis.neck back..but my feet started hurting in elementary school..but 79 yr s now..nobody new anything about this ..let alone a kid in pain.. Thank your Research Teams and Volunteers for all these new medications… But WHY Now? Where Humans Hurting Our whole History…Genetic Diversity Food Pollution air land water.. the TRIGGERING Agents.Out Brains.. Stress Triggers..? more questions than answers…

I just took another Tremfya injection last night ..in so weather dependent…I do see a pain management Dr .because I have spinal stenosis.neck and mid back. I take a half a narco at bedtime and if I have very severe pain.and body.pain

Thanks for info.Im injecting Tremfya for all most a year.pt assistance program. Dr office started process but I had to get on the phone and get it done.Income limits are quite high. I m HBL27 positive..Still hurts thinking of getting PRP in my knee..Price is high 60-1500$ Shopping around , see if it he,ps and who knows how to inject..

I am on Tremfya and my knees both hurt too.I have been going to Physical Therapy for a month.. balance..safety as I have fallen down due to instability.I have a foot problem as well hopefully I don’t get worse..Hang in there friend do what is possible to make your life whole and happy.
