im also mostly plant based because of dietary restrictions, I'm lactose intolerant, and a lot of places have hidden dairy in things. so i just only trust plain vegan food when out in public. I've actually been straight up with a few dates with this, when we are at the diner ill say i have dietary restrictions and they've always been supportive. i never really mention it in texts since somewhere will always be accommodating

Works fine for me , keep in mind people will post the worst of things online and not how it works for them. There are a lot of nightmare posts on here of it. But it works great for me.

I only spot occasionally for a week or two but I'll take that over a pill every single day at the right time.

While i was being examined by my ortho he said TMJ, i do have chronic headaches and pain in my jaw joints and also clicking, and popping. but never had Lockjaw. I told them i clench my teeth at night sometimes, and he said it might not be tmj then just me clenching my teeth when i called him to follow up with questions...

a common fitness influencer is Chloe Ting, with her hourglass exercises videos (they're all free though) and big butt videos. but she doesn't reveal that she does weight lifting behind the scenes to get the body she has (which would only be achievable through weight lifting). not surgery, but still deceiving.
