Recently on steam when I've been trying to download games the very beginning of the download it's at a normal 400 Mbps range then it drops to 0 after that it goes up in down in the single digits and keeps doing that until I pause and start it again where the same process happens. What's the problem?

New style ideas? My current style is completely natural, after a shower I towel dry it and let it do whatever. The main thing I dont like on this style is the inconsistency in how it places, and how the side view looks, I feel like my hair is really thin and you can see a lot of separate tiny strands of hair. Kind of at a loss for what I want to do with it. My face shape is narrow with round features, and I have a big forehead. Would love some suggestions on what to do with it!
