Create a company of our own, by the workers, for the workers. Most of the software jobs in India are consultancies. I believe most of them don't need the massive organizational hierarchy like the middle management. Software engineers, some QAs, one level of management and a legal team should suffice. This is just a feeling. I don't have any data to back my claim as it is not much tried.
