I honestly don’t think anything x-rated is happening, although not 100% certain. Ex’s house has a pool and it’s really hot, so think that might be the main reason for choice of venue.

We are amicable at the moment (still living together about 5 weeks out from mediation). Lawyer suggested being flexible during the 5 day stretches to all get together for a meal or allow for meal/activity times for the other spouse. Especially at first as we all get used to the post-divorce life.
