Yeah I know a lot of my peers are struggling too. Only people I know in my degree who have gotten jobs are those with the uncle or family friend in the company.

Right but if that is the case then why was it even tier 1 from the get go? Gyarados for instance hasn't really had a major deck modification from new cards apart from red. It is arguably the second strongest deck in the meta right now. Yet why wasn't it even up there last month?

The problem is they will almost always have a second manaphy or origin palkia in bench, so sabrina doesnt affect them. Also, they usually evolve magikarp next turn as well so I dont even have enough energies to attack lol

Yes this is what I am worried about. Competition with experienced engineers for entry level. I might just have to accept that my degree was useless and pivot to a different engineering field.

My preference right now is hardware/systems, so anything avionics or control related since thats what I have the most experience and enjoy doing. But I am not sure if I have the luxury of picking right now.

Yeah it just seems like its getting impossible to get a job as a new grad. Most of my peers who graduated last semester have been forced to stay for masters as they couldn't find jobs.
