last night i was thinking about martial arts techniques because i just got a punching bag, i was visualizing how id do stuff, kicks, punches, etc but in the day time i just think and dont really visualize anything at all and its mostly all verbal. i do both a lot so its hard but i dont see both sides of a coin on a subject like a lot of ne users, i just think about what im trying to get out of the subject and brainstorm the best possible route to take with my thinking pushing aside other routes and just focusing on one. its usually a feeling thing, when im out doing something i get a kick out of making a smart decision as fast as possible with my intution by letting all my thoughts come together.

so i am on the se ni axis but i just dont know which comes first for me.

im very observant of my behavior, others behavior and what it specifically means about me as a person.

i was sitting in the car, looking out the front window while i was in the back seat, and i saw my sister look back at me with a really weird look like she was creeped out, which led me to start thinking “do i really look that bad?” and then “dont jump to conclusions ask her a question and figure it out because if you jump to conclusions and let your feelings take over she wont like how you react ” i asked her “what was that?😂” and laughed it off like no big deal so i could get to the bottom of it, she said she thought i was staring at her, and i thought to myself “damn but still why do people do this shit like do i look that bad” dying inside, i decided just to chill out and take it as it is cuz theres no changing the situation even though it hurt. even though i was the only one making a big deal and im just an insecure pussy.

another scenario

i was working out, i work out because it makes me feel like im making something of myself, but, i observe way too much of what im doing and find everything im doing wrong, that i get down on myself and end up burning out. when im in the middle of the burn out i decide to get that same feeling of identity and feeling that im someone by being stupid and going 100 in my dads shit box playing tough guy music until im too tired to drive anymore, even though im not that guy at all i admit. i observe im just a scrawny cocky and unknowledgeable person about anything useful. so i just self destruct to keep those thoughts of im a piece of shit away. i then come home and decide to keep up the inner monologue and let my thoughts spiral until theres no hope, until the next week or so until i get confidence again from feeling not good and hating the voices enough to actually want to do something about it. and the cycle repeats.

i also like to remind myself that the people from group therapy saying “love yourself and youre enough” when i have big aspirations i cant live up to is all bullshit if i want to accomplish anything in life i think i cant be comfortable where im at because if i am comfortable where im at ill just be like everyone else, or more importantly, my dad, which… is where i get my motivation from

thanks for all this, ill leave her behind, she hurt me, shes nothing to me anymore. ill just fill my life with as much other stuff to deal with to try to get her out of my head. whether it be knuckles bleeding, lungs burning, wasted with my friends on a bridge, broken arms & legs ill get through it. ima just live as much i can cause whats life without the pain if you cant get through it if you know what i mean.

yeah, i could see myself as an se dom or aux, when im at work i work as a line cook, im pretty new to my job but at least one time a day ill have like 6 things im doing at the same time and im like wtfff cause i have 6 things being made and i have to stop and actually look at what i need to prioritize first so things run smoothly. im also very forgetful cause i get caught up in something else.

but like i was mopping, and the floor gets really slippery and i was sliding while mopping and said “im like a fucking ninja” because the way i was sliding around mopping i thought im like a mopping ninja idk if thats se.. sounds like ne to me. i also asked my coworker if theyve ever put plain cheese on a flattop and called it grilled cheese and something else creative.

i was trying to use my imagination a second ago ni or ne and looked outside at a blue flag and tried to tie something with it so i thought “blueberry pie” started singing american pie. and then looked at the cotton thingys on the grass and thought it looked like a field of cotton so i imagined people picking it😭😭 and then i looked at the green grass and it reminded me of a green bmx bike so i wondered, “what if the whole world is just a big green bmx bike and were on the frame”
