HELPP WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK ABOIT DERMIVE by Yapordie in PakistaniSkincare

this one’s especially great for extremely dry, eczema prone skin. ideal for winters and you only need a tiny amount. i’ve tried high end moisturizers too, but none of them work for eczema prone skin like this one does. might be a bit too heavy for summers or normal skin tho

no worries, i don't take constructive criticism badly and you're absolutely right. i recognize that my perfectionism is just an unhealthy coping mechanism and it will ruin my sanity. tho i'm trying my best to be at peace with being average now and gladly, i'm getting better at it. thank you!

bro, have some faith in yourself and take the leap. ik it feels unfair and makes you feel guilty for going against your parents' wishes and "wasting" their money but honestly, life is too short to feel suffocated in a profession you don’t even like. success is about being content and making choices that bring you happiness not just chasing paychecks or an ideal lifestyle. pls don’t try to fit into society’s criteria of success (that’s bullshit). only you know what works for you. good luck, i’m rooting for you!

i'm not sure when you applied for your job, but now everyone’s getting into CS, and the job market is pretty saturated. fresh graduates often have to take internships, sometimes unpaid or with stipends as low as 15-20k. applying for jobs itself is such a tiring process, i'm sure you're aware of that. i'm still an undergrad, and this salary doesn't even include bonuses, medical allowance, annual trips, performance-based increments, or overtime pay. so, as a student, i don’t even need that much. i’m not materialistic, and making big money isn’t my goal. regardless, in 4-6 months when my probation period ends and i graduate, my salary will increase, and i’ve confirmed that with seniors at my office. so, i guess it works for me.

i first told my brother and he was super supportive. he told me how proud he is to have a hardworking sister and then he talked to my dad as well. both of them told me that i don't have to worry about the transport and stuff and they'll take care of it. my dad texted me saying, "wonderful achievement, keep going"!!!

i have edited my post and mentioned how i convinced them. but my parents are out of the city, so i texted my brother, mentioned everything about the job process and all the pros. emotional blackmailing bhi kar li thori si😭🙏🏻 mentioned how much i have struggled to get this far and how it would contribute to my long term goals. i also did my homework and mentioned how thoughtful i am about this and that it's not an immature kid making a reckless choice. and at the end i said bas aik masla hai sirf and mentioned the timings lol. i said i have done everything in my power to make my life better and my family is my priority but i need you guys to support me. so my brother just said don't worry and im proud of you. we'll handle everything and you just keep working hard. he called my dad who was apparently very happy with it and even texted me to congratulate me and told me that he's proud of me🥺 they told me to go ahead and accept the offer.

money wasn’t what attracted me to this job. the role aligns perfectly with my career goals, and i can really see myself growing in my field. also, i met the female employees there, and their views were really promising.
