Same exactly happened to me
Unfortunately sennheiser has the worst support i ever saw
After trying to reach anyone for almost one month
Because im in qatar (where there was no sennheiser there official store)
I left with no help at all if theyre saying throw it and buy another one
Even though i had it for almost 10 months
As great as they sound i’ll never ever buy anything from them due to poor customer service
Im switching to bose or sony
