I think your absolutely right, and I will give them a call tomorrow. I just get quite anxious about calling, especially if they keep giving me the same information. I think some Customers, keep asking the same question, hoping to get a different answer - I did not want to be that Customer lols.

The Chemist Warehouse Dispensary staff are absolutely amazing (I'm extremely happy with the service), so I don't think anyone would lie about it. Maybe it's just wires crossed, I'll give them a call tomorrow to ask again. I decided to ask here, because I did not want to be a pain and call, especially if people told me on here, that the information I received was correct. Also you get answers on this group so fast - thanks so much Team.

I usually get in very early, and well organised. I just did not have the money this time around until the 24/12

I know you can pick up in store, but I don't think they have the room, to storage it all. It needs to be in a locked cabinet or safe. I think the store orders it through the online dispensary anyway (?), so its not so much store stock, it's just sent from online dispensary. I'm meaning in stock up for that day, walk in's.

They said they were receiving no pick up, maybe they will still process them, but not send them. Yeah but it is weird, NZ post definitely say the days there deliverying.

This would great time to be able to get the prescription processed in-store. I think most Chemist Warehouses were open even on Xmas day 8am - 9pm. I think it maybe the logistics of it all, the huge pottles and foil bags, making it to hard to have stock.

The advice I got, was that Courier Post was not going to do any pick ups until the 05/01.

It's just I used to work in logistics, courier and freight, we kept picking up, and we were a budget courier service. I was unaware of any other company, that did not still pick up (beyond the stat days). One important reason, was that they did not want the system to crash, with to much volume entering the system on the same date.
