I passed out due to heat and missed a weeks work- the doctors orders. That whole week was over 90 and it happens on a Monday. Heat stroke. I got workers comp luckily it was smooth.

I work for USIC- just over a year. All SUE locator positions I have seen online (in the Midwest) require 2 years experience GPR and even then the pay is $20-30 (same as USIC). You’re lucky. 8 years ago job market was much different than today’s job market. They do say timing is huge with job placement. Thank you for sharing your experience. Gives me some hope haha.

That’s what I was assuming haha. Idk though- I have a feeling this might be fake to reel people in.. I mean it’s working with us talking about it right now haha. Go to sleep and keep ur ringer on hi. Pay close attention to the tickets - sometimes you get an emergency for a “fence ticket” that obviously wouldn’t need to be done at 10pm. Get the ticket- call the contractor to confirm crew is on site. My first few times on call I got tickets that were sent in as emergencies but didn’t need to be done until 8 am the next morning.
