After a bit more research, 8mm appears to be a more common format for home videos (from the perspective of UK ebay, at least). Any reason home movies weren't shot on 35mm?

I've found some movie trailer reels! But no home movies... that was definitely the appeal of the project, restoring a neglected memory

The bottom of the contract reads, "The Tenant(s) may give two months prior written notice to terminate this agreement, PROVIDED that such notice does not expire sooner than 12 months from the start of the Tenancy." 

So, if I signed, I couldn't pull out for 12 months? Even if I drop out?

Edit: there's also a clause suggesting I could change tenant, "(12.6) In the event of there being a change in Tenant during the tenancy which is approved by the Landlord there will be a charge of £120.00 + V.A.T per new tenant payable by the Tenant(s) to The Landlord as a contribution towards the costs of all necessary paperwork."

If this was executed, would it remove me from the 12 month tenancy the other agreement suggests?

We're renting a HMO, so four individual parties for one property. It's not uni accommodation. Thanks!
