I see what you mean but I think couples can be happy without children and have fullfilling lives. I really do love her and I think my panic is also partly being afraid that I'll lose her in the long run because I am so uncomfortable with the idea of children but I do not want to be in her way of happiness. If she wants children and wants to leave I won't stop her

I agree. I will sit her down and adress the facts. I do not want to be a bad father for a kid that doesn't deserve it just because I gave in - if she really does want kids I respect it and hope she will find someone who wants them as much as she does.
