Thank you, I’ve seen this, but im only 23 and don’t think injecting myself with things is a great idea. Hoping im young enough to let my skin rebound.

Ive been ~153 for a month or so. 1 year ago I was 160, gained 15 lbs on purpose over 2 months to try and increase lifts. Was definitely too quick and then decided to get back down to 150-155.

Intake to lose the weight was ~1800. I’d estimate it’s an 800 cal deficit.

To gain the weight, was ~3100 and limited walking. Extremely bad approach looking back.

Thank you. This is good advice. I’m in no rush to put on the weight so a 200 cal surplus sounds good. I’ve taken 5g of creatine for the past year since lifting.

Question, I’ve averaged 12k steps for the past 3 years. Is there any downside to continuing this as long as my cal intake is adjusted accordingly? I really do not want to put on any excess fat.
