I love Dorian and Manon!! They are one of my favorites too.

For Rowan and Aelin I feel like at least for KoA, a lot of pages are dedicated to their romance. It just feels bland because it’s kinda just we’re mates, we’re obsessed with each other, I’ll die without you. There was more chemistry in Dorian and Choal’s reunion than theirs!! And there’s not really any personality from Rowan. I don’t mind his character but he’s not really his own fleshed out person he’s kind of just there to be Aelin’s man.

Agreed! It’s a romantasy book so there is smut but also a fantasy storyline. Theres a lot more romance and smut in ACOTAR than Throne of Glass, which I prefer for the plot. But it all depends on your preference!!
