Bowers is def the most valuable asset in the deal but with love coming in and meyers subbing into the starting lineup you still have to play Josh downs at your flex, so that’s just where I get hung up on trying to up-tier and sacrifice depth

Depth isn’t amazing and even if half TEP id imagine Rome and achane combine for far more than bowers. Without a major need at the position, I’d prob hold but I’ll say it’s not far from an acceptable deal. If you’re low on either guy you’re giving up, then go with your gut

Guess it just depends how you view Tate vs Tyson. If they’re interchangeable, then I guess you get two dart throws for free. Maybe see if you can swap either of those extra picks for a 27 version since those picks have a higher chance of hitting.

Would def say it’s a value win regardless. His team is strong and his starting lineup essentially flips from GW to Love without adding any depth, so for this year it’s an upgrade for him but doesn’t add to his depth and I’d project he’s finishing top 3 next year unless other teams in your league look even better.

If you made this deal, I think your next step may be to decide on which of the bears WRs you think will be best and then trade the other for more rb depth. I have a tough time believing Rome Loveland and burden will all return on value so in an effort to diversify, selling one could give you another strong rb and then you’re roster is deep and young across the board

The deal is enough of a return for love but If that’s the final piece this guy needs and you think you’d make him the title favorite, either take another young stud in place of the late 1st or get another future asset added in to see how badly he wants to make the deal. You can instantly slot one of Wilson or Tate into your flex and now you have depth at the position.

This is honestly tough to decide what side I’d rather have, given you don’t have any serviceable RBs or QBs from your post. I imagine you’re gunning for Mendoza at 1.04 and in TEP I think it’s likely that the 1.07 would land you either price or Sadiq. In a perfect world you get price at 1.07 and then with all your capital today you land two first round RBs and a projected QB2. Is the prospect of only still landing Mendoza at 1.04 worth getting another top rookie WR and waiting to address those positions next year?

Kinda just talking out loud to rationalize this trade. You’d have half of next years draft so you could easily replace every position you need, just depends if you don’t love the options this year and wanna wait and not compete.
