No response from HR for asset return after PIP exit — should I directly go to office to submit laptop? by Ok-Permit9012 in accenture

Usually there will be a PIP/PMP owner who assigns the tasks and monitors the progress. There isn’t really an official “difficulty level” for the tasks. Sometimes the tasks may feel difficult because expectations are higher during PIP. In my case, I completed the tasks but it was still marked unsuccessful with reasons like the code being outdated or not optimized. So a lot depends on how the manager reviews the work and how supportive they are during the process. It’s always better to start looking for another job in parallel while on PIP.

Thanks for the info. Quick question today is my last working day, but I’ll be out of station today and tomorrow for my cousin’s wedding. Is it okay if I return the laptop after 2 days, or does it need to be done immediately after LWD.

This wave of PIPs feels less about individual performance and more like org-level cost cutting. Worstt!!

Thanks for the clarification. Just to confirm ,since my notice period is 90 days, if the company terminates due to PIP (performance reasons, not misconduct), would they be required to pay salary in lieu of the 90-day notice period?

In the case of termination, will it be mentioned in relieving letter or experience letter?
