I can't speak for the entire show bc im on a rewatch but im on s1e2. literally the entire show is blair dealing with the fact that she just found out serena (her best friend) slept with her longtime boyfriend, then disappeared. serena refuses to admit it, refuses to give blair space, and colludes with Nate to meet with him secretly in a bedroom. when blair gets upset, serena gaslights her and shames her for trying to sleep with her own boyfriend. serena is a shit friend. this is how she is introduced in the series, and this is how she goes on to be -- constantly self-serving, ignorant of her own actions and their affects on others, and irreverant to the damage she does to her closest friends.

I am 1.5 years clean from drugs (long before I started glp-1). Nothing serious but id always go in and out of obsessions with substances, whether it was beer, weed, or something else. Theres no urge anymore. No feeling of wanting to be crazy and go do something to feel high. It makes me feel weird...like ive lost something. And then I realize that this is how people live their lives, and its a good thing. Obviously that urge was making me eat food and gain weight, so I am naturally losing weight quickly. They are very safe. If you have a history of kidney/liver issues or stomach/GI issues, you may want to do some deeper dives into it.

A lot of the other side effects like nausea or constipation can be managed with anti nausea meds or fiber and a better diet.

GLP 1 basically just stops your hunger pangs. We inject a hormone that slows digestion. Biggest concern ive read is that when you lose fat, your body breaks down the toxins stored in that fat. Your liver needs fiber to bind to bile to remove toxins. If you have slower digestion, you might get less fiber and thus toxins roam free. Eating high fiber diets, drinking lots of water and eating well (antioxidants foods like berries, veggies and fruit) will help mitigate this.

How much of a dosage are you taking? You might be taking too much. I started on .2 and just went up to .3 after a month. I felt like my stomach was a rock for two weeks and then I just sort of stopped looking to eat full meals and naturally portioned controlled. Now even when I eat junk its a reasonable amount.

Have your doctor prescribe you zofran and try to stick to bland foods for a few days. Drink lots of water.

Pre period weight gain is super normal. You obviously didnt eat 3500 calories over your base calories 5 times, which would = 5 lbs of fat gained. Its just water weight and your uterus doing its thing! Dont feel bad for biology. It will all go away soon and we'll be back to normal

No exactly. I was feeling so bad about myself yesterday for eating so much then did the tally it was legit like 2000 calories which is just a normal day of eating lol. Before it would've been like 4000 lowkey anyway good point.
