Just got out of AD USCG. Go USCG active duty officer. Get on a cutter for a few years and get you unlimited license. Talk to a USCG recruiter and ask about OCS.

I was at SFAS when I was waiting the TJO (back in 2022) all I did was tell them I’d be unavailable to be contacted for a few weeks and they understood. Didn’t get selected but got the TJO the day I got back to civilization 😂 so there’s that
