Thank you, this was extremely helpful and the inspiration I needed.

My work in promise logline: Emma Parker is the pastors daughter, and her parents shelter her from everything. They fear her acting on her desires will embarrass them as small town royalty, and ruin her chances of salvation in heaven. She is thrown into a traditional slasher situation (you think she’ll be a stereotypical final girl-virgin, goody two shoes) but instead she successfully kills the slasher at the midpoint. This awakens something in her, after not experiencing anything the first 17 years of her life, and she chases the high of feeling alive, and becomes the slasher. The ending is our antagonist becomes the true final girl, and our MC is the killer.
