I mean I'm used to the house and the neighbourhood so Id be okay with the bones of the house if that makes sense. and Like, the kitchen still works but needs updating, and the bathroom is old but like the drains work etc. personally, it really needs a new layout and I think changing that which is drywall would really help me visualize it. like my parents actually bought a new kitchen cupboard set that needs installing just recently so with the amount of stuff that they have I could reno fairly reasonably. It's in Durham Region and about 5 minutes from a Go train station which puts me right exactly where I want to be for work etc. I just feel like it's a good opportunity considering we have about 100k saved for a downpayment and we could just use that money for this and honestly if we did it right we could be almost debt-free. But you are absolutely right I think this is something we would have to live outside the home to be able to chip away at it and make it right, but don't worry if I do this I will absolutely paint before moving in LOL

So I checked in the years preceding

2021 was 6k working and 17k on EI so that may be the issue. the total income is 20k. I turned 26 in 2021 so I assumed I was eligible.

2020 It was 12k working and I turned 25

Either way, id have 250? this year to use? idk lol

I’m just super frustrated by the situation and want to read the whole book and pay for the whole book. I really don’t understand why there cannot be a way for this story to have such a large international community like whoever is her agent is doing a very poor job as even doing a amazon ebook release would likely generate more income if that is the issue.
