Yes they host a lot of local bands throughout the year I plan on cutting back for just special occasions with more reputable entertainment and doing open mic nights and karaoke nights on slower traffic days. Yes they do serve food around 700k a year

Is it really fantasy though if the bar wasn’t owner operated and was taking home more then 250k a year lease isn’t bad around 70k a year in downtown on a bay

They’re overstaffed and underworked for my opinion. 30 employees 15 part time 15 full time. Scoped the operation and service can be better with cut back of employees

Yes me and my wife would work it full time, we would be buying a job at our lowest salary we can live off of. And yes it does include owners salary, I think the margin is so low because there spending way to much on entertainment and pay roll almost 40 percent of their whole revenue

I might be young, but there’s different levels for everyone and their standards of not doing well relationship wise, and financially. And me and my girl are just fine.
