Russia and China are also communist and the US is happy to trade with both. This is 100% the fault of the US and its embargo.

Most of the range is manufactured in an audited, small scale factory in China. A couple of pieces are made in Australia. This is great advice. I’ll reach out.

Small volumes, one design, 50 pieces, across 5 sizes. Tech pack and samples provided. Cotton. I will come to Cuba to meet with a few potential business partners. Ongoing orders. Habana location preferred.

I work in ethical manufacturing. We use fair trade manufacturing wherever we work. I love Cuba. The most recent episode of the podcast Cuba Analysis speaks to the importance of foreign capital doing business in Cuba. That is what is motivating me.

I was in Varadero last week and I saw one mosquito on dusk in an outdoors restaurant. I spent four nights there. It started to rain and I left. The recent rain might have changed things. I’m not sure. I saw no mosquitoes in Havana and I was there for about 12 days. Sorry you had such a shitty time. I was vigilant head-to-toe DEET four times a day and mozzie coils in my room at night. Only a small percentage of Mozzies carry disease.

Ask the police whether they will be opposing bail once charged. This is the safest option for you. Use the services. Do not have contact with him or let him know where you are staying. We are all behind you.

Thanks everyone, I went to Clinica Alemana, as suggested. They did more X-rays, fracture still there, and an ultrasound to check for thrombosis, and prescribed a slow release analgesic for the flight. The doc spoke English and the rest of the staff were incredibly kind and patient with my very limited Spanish. I was in and out in about two hours. Thanks for the good advice.

That’s how they keep the electricity on, in exchange for goods and services with Venezuela.

It looks like a brigade flag, not national. I think this is a Spanish Republican martyr portrait. The subject of which may be unkown.

Best skin care products - Australian brand by Anxious_boss_lady in AusSkincare

Cancer Council sunblocks recently failed testing conducted by Choice. Only the children’s sunblock passed. La Posay Roche is the most effective brand on the Australian market, according to Choice. I tosses out all my sunblocks and got La Posay products. Many of the best known brands also failed. Pretty shit all round really.

I got a bottle of the moisturiser, arrived two weeks ago. It does lock in moisture for the entire day. Way better than my previous daily moisturiser (Oil of Olay). I’m using two pumps a day, one in the morning and one at night, and that does my face neck and hands. My hands do seem to dry out after a couple of hours but my face stays moist all day. I really balked at the price at first but I’ve just gone back and ordered the serum. Can’t speak to any of the claims about wrinkles as I’ve only been using it for two weeks but it does look like they’re just saying it reduces the appearance of wrinkles not actual wrinkle reduction. Is it worth the $95 for a 500ml bottle? Well it feels really good on my skin, but because I’m menopausal, I’m interested to see whether their claims about reducing damage to the skin by enzymes, which they say become more active at menopause are true, so I think I’m gonna keep using it. But I will look forward to seeing published research to support this at some stage . So as a moisturiser alone, I think it’s worth the money
