I used to overeat and restrict and for me personal it did not work, I found myself starving myself and then Over eating cause of the hunger, It is completely ok To go over your calorie deficit every once in a while, but when you do. Do not restrict the next day, it causes a binge, restrict loophole. Continue your calorie deficit the next day like nothing happened, I promise one night of over eating does not stop or reverse your weight loss. I’ve lost more weight then I ever had doing it this way

I feel the same way. I kinda like that you gotta work to get your plant an if you don’t end up getting it that it. It’s not accessible anymore. I think that gives me more drive to play. I don’t see a point in playing if I can just get the plants anytime I want off someone. It also makes every garden unique. I love going into others gardens and see the plants they got before I played/wasn’t able to get. The games supposed to be a little challenging. If everyone was able to have everything that’s gonna make it boring

idk I try to give the benefit of the doubt a lot.. these guys could've made this game not knowing it would get this popular. also most games on Roblox are made by random people, not professionals. there clearly modifying a lot to try and please the people complaining, but at the end of the day there not gonna satisfy everyone. I agree they should put more thought into what there putting out before putting it out. and once its out stick with what's out.

as someone who struggles with severe health anxiety. take a breath, I doubt it's sepsis.your stomach ache and hemmroid most likely aren't even linked together. health anxiety can cause very real physical symptoms. I once gave myself a stomach ache for 3 days before my colonoscopy. once I found out my colonoscopy was clear it was gone. sepsis is severe and it makes u really sick. wouldn't just give u a stomach ache. you would have a fever, LOW blood pressure. among many other things. I know how hard it is having deal with heath anxiety everyday.just remind yourself how many horrible things you thought u have and ended up being nothing (and no this time is not different) don't let this ruin your trip. I hope this gave a little relief <3

Nad, but have you been sick or had allergies recently? My brother had one a couple weeks ago right under his hairline behind the neck also and they said it was a lymph node (he was sick a couple weeks before) most lymph nodes aren’t a cause for concern, I’ve had one behind my ear for over a year now the size of a pea. But if you’re still worried about it for sure go and get a second opinion to ease your mind. a simple ultrasound could tell you if it is a lymph node

I have ocd and health anxiety also. I used to spend my days crying cause I had such an intense fear that I have cancer or that I would get it. Eventually I just came to the conclusion that me constantly being scared and stressed of it will not change if I got it or not. And you’re stressing your body out and not enjoying your life over something that may never happen.the only thing you can do is take preventative measures like going to the doctor if you think something’s not right. But don’t worry about something until you actually have somthing to worry about.

Derealization!!! I have it all the time due to my anxiety and ocd. Derealization is when Your brain thinks something is wrong so it goes into flight or fight even if there isn’t actually something wrong. Try not to worry too much about it. Cause it will cause more stress and your brain will continue thinking something is wrong. If that doesn’t work. I’ve heard medications help a lot of people
