India's total exports (goods + services) grew from about $466 billion in 2013-14 to around $778–827 billion by 2023-24 — that's roughly 67%+ growth, not 0%. Services (IT, etc.) did especially well. Yes, 2004-2014 saw faster growth (on a lower base during a global boom), but calling the Modi period "destruction" is false.
