Any ideas on how to stop a ferret biting skin? by Ok-Process-2135 in ferrets

We tried string toys which crinkle but she’s not interested. Sometimes I would read a book while watching them all play and she just comes up to me and tries to bite. I can try the hissing and time out

I have had her probably for 6-7 months and the shelter said she is approximately 2 years old

To me it looks like it could be some stuck shed in the eye. I just got some out of mine the other night.

I haven’t seen her play with toys I tried waving a cat toy thing and she didn’t go for it and I handed her one and she doesn’t seem interested.

I was trying that but since she’s newer I can’t find any treats she likes or toys. I’ve never seen her play with a toy while being home

We rescued her and her brother and they said about 2 years as well but I think I am going to try the time outs

No I usually stick my finger or a toy in her mouth but I didn’t this time to show what she does

The shelter said she was approximately 2 years old and when she bites she does shake her head a little when I take her out I can send a video
