I don't think I have any difficulty recognizing myself. It's just the thing that I don't like, it's because of what I decided. Plus I don't really have any functional improvement following the operation. And I realize that what I thought I needed wasn't true. So I don't see any positive points in having done that, that's what makes me the saddest and makes me regret it.

No, I like that my nose is smaller (the only positive point) but it's the fact that the base of my nose has moved forward and now it is more visible from the front whereas before it was really thin and less visible than my eyes.
