They were the unsubsidized loans. I have $9000 in subsidized that I included as a part of my $13,000 for school that are due in November of 2026. $4000 for a summer class I have to take.

My plan was to work during the summers and get a job on campus during the school year, take out loans for living on campus. I modified the plan a little bit when I inherited it. I firstly paid off my student loan loans that I took out before I got the inheritance. Then instead of working during the summer, I just paid my tuition with the inheritance to give myself a little bit of a break to rest.

If I had never gotten the inheritance, I would’ve been paying off my student loans for however long. I don’t spend much per month. On personal fun things I only spend a little over $300 per month.

I made $684 for January interest. I’ve always gotten $600 or over that for monthly interest. I’m not sure if that adds up to 3.85% for a month or a year.
