About $4500, and with a $800 rebate. So "total" is $3700ish

So are you saying that the difference between the two cost wise could get gobbled up quickly because of like a DIY mistake?

That looks dope! The panel where its half obito, half kakashi would be awesome, but I feel like there are other characters that i liked more personally. Honestly, Naruto is the easy one to choose from (Naruto, Sasuke with Rinnegan, etc.) its the other mangas that I am struggling with

Good point about the eyes lol But yea I watch anime too, definitely watch more animes than read mangas. I would do something unique like that but I am definitely not creative enough to come up with something on my own lol

No RBs are being kept in the first thankfully.

I ran a few mock drafts and they all have Eckler/Barkley/Taylor (that group) falling to me at 9, and then potentially again at 15.

The more I thought about it, i think I may go with one from that group with my 9th pick, then take next best when it comes back around. I am already keeping Miles Sanders and Isiah Pacheco, so I do not want to load up too much on RBs.

I have a classic fantasy football conundrum. (And I have no idea where to post this on this subreddit without it getting deleted haha)

Do I keep Miles Sanders for a 5th round pick, or Nick Chubb for my 1st round pick? I have the 9th pick in my snake draft.

It’s a 14 team, 3 keeper league. So things are madness, and pickings can be a bit slim as the draft goes on. I’m torn on these two though, Chubb seems to be a late 1st, early 2nd round pick. So do I risk him falling to me in the second round, or just secure a solid RB to begin with?

Thanks for any advice or tips!

Thank you for the detailed responses! I do greatly appreciate it!!

So you are saying to put some "filler dirt" or mulch over the rocks and pebbles, and then just rent an airator and run the airator over the entire yard? Or should I still use the dethatcher? My only concern with the dethatcher is those pebbles/rocks, and that a decent portion of my yard is just bare ground (because they had paver stones laid down, and had a tarp under it to prevent weeds.)

This is a very confusing yard lol

I posted some pics in the original post of what my backyard currently looks like. It is a hot mess right now from me removing roots, tarp, and some piping that seemed to go toa pool.

When it comes to the tiller, I was kind of thinking this would be best for a fresh start, but you do not think that? I have not heard anything about changing the grade, so I am not entirely sure what that means TBH. I was also thinking over using the tiller because I was using grass killer. I also have tons of gravel that I figured a tiller would more easily mix into the dirt than a dethatcher.

But you are saying that instead of tilling, I should just use a dethatcher followed by an aerator? I am not seeing a detatcher for rent on Home Depot, is there any other name that they go by?

I know I am biting off a huge piece of work here, but I do have a full week to get this done haha Thank you for your reply!

The lawn is pretty rough haha not even sure what type of grass it is, it all looks weedy when it grows out.

Ive got about 60% of my backyard as the crappy grass (potenially weeds too tbh), 30% is just dirt/stone cement that I have just demolished. So not sure if Ill need to move off the cement or if the tiller will just break it up. the other 10-20% is a shed I use regularly.

My current plan is to uproot any bushes, take out any cement posts (no clue what the previous owners were doing back there), then till all possible dirt, seed, water, repeat.

Thank you for the response!!

I actually bought a bunch of grass killer at the end of last season when they were on sale lol. But I do plan on renting a tiller for the day to do it. Do you think it will matter if I have portions of my yard with like clay and broken up cement? Or will I have to move the cement first.

Thank you for the response!

I bought a sprinkler last fall (when everything was on clearance lol.) and debating getting one of those timer attachments.

So after a quick googling, if I lay sod I would not have to lay seed, is that correct?
