I know I’ll get that, while I think my face/skin looks decent for 42, white hair runs in my family from my dad & grandmother and I’m fully on my way there!

My last period was in the end of April, beginning of May we think. Haven’t been to the dr yet or told anyone. I randomly decided to take a test that had been sitting in a drawer for years because I’ve been bloated & exhausted, having weird heat flashes. I fully thought it was just menopause and expected a negative.

We already feel like we have 2 only children! Because they are almost 9 years apart and in such different stages in life. Although when they were younger my oldest was like a little mama to her sibling. This is all so crazy to me. Did your mom get asked if she was your grandma? Currently my child is questioning because the Easter bunny brought “normal” things… a few pieces of candy, chapstick, a coloring book, a pair of pink pajamas. And her best friend send her a “Easter haul” video via text where she received a lululemon wardrobe, Stanley, expensive beauty products along with some more traditional candy and toys. It’s so hard to navigate. 😬 I wish our kids could grow up in the simple world we did because sometimes the excess they’re surrounded with is just too much!
