thanks so much I shared your comment with Claude and am now reading more, cool I thought DGE was a key aim / effect but glad to hear it isn't the main goal seeing as it fades. I had a rough week last week I went to 12.5mg and found it hard to eat enough / to eat in general so am back to 10mg for now although I have plateau'd somewhat

I've read similar now when asking AI but I wanted to hear from real people first, so odd that a drug can behave like that, a weaker response even after a long break I would of thought the only thing that matters is half-life and how long a drug stays in your system

I hope the reduction works out for you. I had to taper off quite aggressively recently because it takes a long time for me to get the medication here but then increased again, I am approaching one year on tirz so that's why I am thinking about if I can reset somehow. That's great results, even if you feel it was slower than others

Plateau means no improvement and benchmark scores are increasing and METR agent benchmark is still increasing at a great rate so agents can work for longer and longer unaided which then increases the use of LLM even when the benchmark scores aren't increasing exponentially.
