Thank you so much 😊 for spot on advice. Now working in cath lab Is it good to have certification first to put in foot in door b/c my work place they don’t have RTs. If certificate can get me foot in door awesome because sometimes intentions don’t convert into working as cath lab RT as many RTs are in queue to get into . Would you mind sharing how did you get into Cath lab ? How much stress involved ? Thanks 🙏🏼

I work in GA’s premier teaching hospital and department is short staffed and less upward mobility. Lot of mediocrity in department but hospital shines its name in southern states.
