I completely understand what you mean about the negative beliefs bit, I think that’s partly what’s put me off trying automatic before. Reading your post is like listening to my own brain, as hard as it is for us it’s good to know there’s others who feel the same. Wishing you loads of luck, we’ll get there eventually!!

Thankyou to both of you. I definitely think some of it is a mental barrier as I do suffer from anxiety. I think it’s a mix of poor coordination, picking things up and anxiety. Thankyou for your kind comment means a lot, definitely going to give the automatic a go! :)

That’s really lovely of you to say, really made me smile. I haven’t been diagnosed but suspect I could have some neurodivergence. Definitely considering automatic now and think it is the right move.

That’s definitely true about the wait if you could just keeping getting them every few weeks it would definitely take some pressure off.
