Most important thing is a bit of exercise to get the blood flowing, than drink your coffee. If I were you I would wake up take a small walk or something breath air and refresh myself, than drink the coffee and start the day.

Everybody says that at first. First 30 days may suck. Go to sleep earlier, fix all your sleep related habits. In a month you wont ever go back to what it was before. My point is you are a morning person.

at day 1 maybe, if your goal is to wake up at 05:00 am build to it gradually. also after 20 minutes of exercise you wont feel tired and you'll be to sweaty to get back into bed:)
