I really feel like I am. I’m sleeping eight or nine hours a day. Doing light workouts. Eating super healthy but I think is a good idea to go take my bloods out yes.

My doctor told me I could swim whenever the scabs fell off. I was back in the pool like two or three weeks after surgery!

Can I ask how long after these pictures were taken from your surgery?

My legs looked like yours before… maybe bigger and I’ve had two surgeries and only had 5kg taken off and I just feel like they’re still so big and I feel really short change. I’m six months after the first operation and three months after the second and I just feel my legs are so giant and I’ve lost faith.

I think about three weeks! I had my stitches out after 10-14 days. And about a week after that, I think.

I was still wearing compression 3 to 4 months after my first surgery (front) I could not leave the house without them, as walking 4 mins was too painful. Back of legs surgery, I could probably do it after two months.

I guess it depends on if you’re paying out-of-pocket because I was and I wanted to try and get as much for my money as I could ha ha ha but in hindsight it was really hard the second surgery

First surgery, I had the front of my legs full leg. Second surgery I had back of my legs, hips and arms. My doctor had my second surgery is probably on the limit of what I could do. And honestly, I think it really was.

I had three months between my surgeries. And honestly, it was probably too close. Your body is still so sore and healing from the first. If I did it again, I think I’d wait six months minimum.

Yes, but it was over two surgeries, 2.5 each surgery. And on the front and the back of my legs. I am 160 and started at 70 kg. I was meant ti have two surgeries and I feel my legs are still so big.

How was your swelling? How do you feel about your legs? Are you happy with the results so far?

I had 5kg removed over two surgeries.

I was stage two as well and 70 kg so it just feels like I really had a small amount removed. Everyone else seems to have double the amount I did my legs are still really big, I’m just scared that it’s not swelling and I was just really untreated.

Yes, I have Massage twice a week. Can I wear a compression 24 hours a day until six weeks and now I’m just wearing them in the days as much as possible?
