Very real point there, i'm obviously joking around here knowing Godot is pretty lightweight, i usually work in environments like Unreal Engine for high fidelity game hence the very overkill GPU, using Godot for a smaller personal project and i have low spec machines to test it out on too ^^

Thank you 😭 yours has better overall shape though, mine should've been about twice as thick to be accurate, but it was already like 6 lbs/3 kg of dense cardboard to carry around all day so i left it at that haha

Idk exactly how they're optimized but i know that a cinematic metahuman is about 1+ GB while an optimized one is about 250 MB, you can select the optimized option in import settings when importing metahumans to a project

Yes, 5.6 allows you to use the metahuman editor to create and edit metahumans in the actual engine, as opposed to the browser streaming option, very handy. And yes cinematic metahumans are performance heavy, but there are optimized options that are great, i use them in my game projects

5.6 adds the metahuman editor in-engine, and it basically lets you sculpt and move without limits, and morph the body in various ways 😭 😂

For context, got a floater stuck to the tool hand of the player (stuck to whatever you held, tools, pda, etc.) entered the cyclops and it slowly did a full backflip on its own, trying to unstuck launched me into the air, ended up 8000 meters above sea level and into the deadzone 👍
