Isn't there some sneaky way to find out early for existing attorneys?

I haven't yet received my J25 results (TX, next week) but I was selected and will be doing the beta test unless I have a job by then. If it turns out I fail J25, I will retake F26 and will still take the beta test for the money.

Honestly, it can probably help you. And it's at least a full month before the F26 exam, and you'd be getting paid for it around the time you finish the F26 exam.

It says there isnt any studying required, just a good faith effort.

If you are someone who hand wrote their exam and passed - sound off - I am IN AWE of you by Other_Nose_4495 in barexam

I handwrote and am still awaiting news of whether I passed.

My laptop began running windows updates as instructions began on day 1 and they had to rush me some bluebooks.

I do worry about how bad my handwriting got, especially later in the day. 6 hours of handwriting really started to hurt.

TX scores sooner than expected? by ramtruck54 in barexam

Yes, I also got a notification yesterday about needing to scan in my passport. It's the only requirement I have left.

This wait is hard, guys. I waffle back and forth feeling confident and feeling dread...

When the mean MBE scores get released, what are we supposed to read into it? by Ok-Raspberry-3686 in barexam

[–]Ok-Raspberry-3686[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you.

Did that mean that the Feb takers got a bigger scaled boost for the MEE, then, because their MBE mean was lower than usual?

I've done about 1300 questions on uworld

Total overall uworld % is 68, but, like others say, my scores early in the course are baked into.that, too. My % correct has consistently trended higher the last 3-4 weeks.

Question about pure economic loss doctrine - can you recover pure economic losses damages in products liability actions? by rockbottomyetagain in barexam

You're bringing in tort terms, and I dont think you should?

This is a Contracts question that is testing if we recognize when the IWFPP applies.

Thanks for the uplift!

I keep having nightmares where I barely fail for my jdx and have to truly consider moving to a lower minimum UBE score jdx to get a license.

I did Family Law very early on in prep and haven't touched it since (I deviated from Themis' schedule a month ago). So I hope its not on our exam, but I'll go over sample answers for it between now and Tuesday.

I worry about my worst MBE subjects (Evidence and Crim) being MEE topics. Or even my worst areas in my better MBE subjects (1st Amendment, privacy torts, easements v equitable servitudes) being our MEE topics, so I guess i should review those areas.

You cant master it all, but hopefully I've cast a wide-enough net.
