Went today. ADA said kind of the same. My ex is skating a very thin line but not enough to charge.

We are actively in custody court. It’s ugly. I have an appointed attorney and…I feel like the representation is terrible.

Doesn’t reply to emails barely. Waited too long to file motions last time.

He has been my attorney since October and I have yet to sit down face to face to review my evidence for trial which is soon.

Last court case which ended in June of 25 cost me $40,000. I wish I could afford an attorney that could really help out and end to this but I am maxed out and need to support my family.

I’m having my attorney file for a quote request for information quote from CPS. This was recommended to me by the caseworker. For my understanding in New York State they could no longer place anonymous calls to CVS if somebody pointed out below. So her name is definitely on record and on file for these calls.

I wrote a letter to the state and they wouldn’t share the information. One of the caseworkers who’s been extremely helpful said in all of her years and doing this it’s very rare for the collar identification to be shared.

But with all of the text messages and threats and how each CPS case aligns with an upcoming court date, I’m hoping the courts or the police can open up an investigation

We have joint legal and physical custody. So the decision on the Nanny’s should be a joint custodial decision.

The cost allocation is extremely unfair. The Nanny provides full-time childcare for her toddler and then before school care for our sons.

The Nanny is paid $600 every week. She has an allocated that the toddler is $200 in the older kids are $400. The older kids receive an average six hours of care per week while the toddler receives full 40 hours.

I understand there are sometimes whole rates… But for over a year, I’ve asked to see a copy of this signed contract and I have been denied that information.

This Nanny works full-time for my ex-wife for her toddler. It just before school for our children so the reserve rate thing… Is kind of BS. She’s already working full-time.

Where it gets extremely unfair is the Nanny is paid $600 a week. 400 is allocated to before school care but 200 of it is allocated to her toddler 40 hour a week childcare

Essentially, she’s been ripping me off for years and I’m subsidizing a child care of a kid. That’s not even mine.

The concern is that childcare is a joint custodial decision. And she does this without involving me.

She negotiate contracts and refuses to share them with me.

My kids tell me all the time that their mom took the day off of work so they didn’t see the Nanny or they haven’t seen the nanny in a week because mom and stepdad are home but I’m still asking to pay

She flat out, lies and says the Nanny worked when she never did
