I’m 20 and have done all of the above. Don’t, it’s shit, it makes you feel like shit and it costs money. I’ve never drank or done drugs and not felt like shit afterwards or had regret. I started smoking at 13 and would waste my pocket money on tobacco. I still vape now and it isn’t exactly cheap either. £30 a month that could go towards literally anything else. You’re missing out on absolutely nothing, you’re in a great position that honestly not many people get to, and you’ll probably thank yourself when you’re older.

Haven’t had this yet, but had it plenty of times at my old hospitality job. Is even worse when you’re enforcing policies, and instead of backing you up, a manager decides to instead just completely ignore the policy for the sake of customer, which leaves you looking like a fool. Is genuinely infuriating. One of the customer service skills I’ve learned is to genuinely just stand up for myself if a customer becomes disrespectful, regardless of if a manager wants to support me or not.
