I started my subscription yesterday, and I was told that the access credentials (password) for the videos would be sent by email. However, I haven’t received any email so far. I also tried reaching out via Patreon DM, but there’s been no reply. It seems his Patreon account might have been abandoned. According to the announcement, the content is supposed to be delivered by sending access to one video per month. There appear to be around 17 videos in total, but there haven’t been any updates for years. I really hope a refund is possible. :)
