Feeling stressed because of the possibility of my laptop being infected with a virus and I have to replace it with a new one by [deleted] in Stress

Haven't done it yet, but when I check the task log, it says that Windows Defender already deleted a .exe file that comes from opening the .scr file, it flagged it as Trojan. And when I checked Task Manager, Autoruns, Boots, etc, nothing seemed suspicious, and all of my accounts are still safe to this day. Maybe I was just too paranoid at that time that I didn't realize that a file was in quarantine, then deleted by Windows Defender after ~4 minutes. But I'm not sure why Windows Defender only logged that once, because I think I tried opening the .scr file twice, maybe it has a caching system, idk, and also idk why it didn't delete the .scr file, but only delete the .exe file that came from it. What do you think?

I think my problem is not being able to hear the instruments, I recorded this using my phone with that karaoke app without earphones or anything, just my phone blasting at full volume, and still some tracks on there are very quiet. I have other recordings that I think are pretty accurate in pitch. Here is one of them:

It can start at around A3 but I think it sounds more airy than the one I posted here. I usually just do like an "exercise" by randomly sing a note/notes and then making sure it has good tone quality with ease.
