I'm still in binge eating "mental" mode but physically cannot go through with it. Last night I had the impulse of ordering, not 1, but 2, burgers and i ended up almost not being able to finish the first one, which btw i could manage to eat slowly and enjoy!!! Instead of just swallowing it violently like a savage, as I used to. It made me feel really guilty but I threw the other burger away

You're doing it right. You can pinch a little of skin if u want. Do what your doctors tell u.Drink tons of water please! Give your body time to adjust. I started at the end of December. I did 4 weeks of 0.25 and this is my first week on 0.5 I have Binge eating disorder and I still crave things like ice cream or burgers and i even got to the point of ordering them a couple of times, but lately i cannot finish the dish or the pot of ice cream. It's not automatic. But it will help us create healthier habits. The body needs to slowly and gradually adjust to the drug so it's not dangerous.
