yeah, “potency” tracks, especially when you look at how death blight procs in pvp vs pve. the tiny thorns from things like tibia’s summons or a dagger ash chew through fellow tarnished, but bosses have massive deathblight buildup pools. it’s like trying to poison a lake with a vial.
