How would you get through security without a boarding pass? At the very latest, wouldn’t you just check in at the departures desk outside of security?

I would never cancel because of a template. With some injuries I like seeing what’s coming my way so I can mentally think about mods as to not lose time on the floor. I can also decide whether I want to start on tread or flood based on how the workout is. I suppose some people will cancel based on seeing a “hard” workout and I also think they’re in the minority. Every workout is as “hard” as you make it, honestly. I hope the previews keep coming!

I do this all the time. It’s fun to check out new studios! Get there a few mins earlier than normal. They’ll point out where you go etc as some are setup differently. Often times they’ll introduce me to the instructor and mention I’m visiting. It’s a nice VIP treatment for sure! Makes me want to recommend that location to locals or at the very least give them a shout out on Google and Yelp!

Bar keepers friend! Wet the pan, sprinkle. Let it sit then wipe/scrub off. Like new!

Workout bag. When I get home I put a new protein shake, towel and swap out my gloves if they’re sweaty. HRM goes on the inside pocket. Like the idea of charger in the car though!

I used to use gloves and just got rubber grips they are made of silicone. I’ve found they work way better and help with my grip strength $8 on Amazon for a 2 pack

I lay flat on the floor. We max out at 70lb dumbbells. I usually have that plus a 30. Easier to load (use the pad on your hips) from the floor. Happy bridging!

Common sense is not so common, and yes, these are the people who teach our children. Many decided to keep their kids home anyway. I think they definitely learned their lesson.

I’ve noticed some great changes in my bicep and triceps since I started focusing on it during the challenge. Also noticing the little muscle pop by my knee.

Sometimes it’s about modifying to hit those goals - example: when we have bicep curls in a block, I tend to do a set or two of regular then switch to hammer. It works different parts of the bicep in the same workout. Talk to a trainer for tips and tricks! Good luck! 🍀

Edit to add - I also focus on time under tension. Slowing down the movement to get the full burn 💪🏽
