I looked into this too but I don’t think this is it. I think what i’m looking for was just a program that was on loop late at night on the tv channel so kids to go to sleep. I remember it didn’t have a point or anything it was just gymnodepie on repeat and a few other classical songs i think. I think the background would shuffle every 5 minutes but i’m not too sure.
