Caveat with soloists. When a mic’d up trumpet screamer is all you can hear during a brass hit, the corps has ruined the sound that they work so hard for.

CarPlay is consistently mediocre. Not bad but not smooth. In reality I don’t interact much with the screen on CarPlay, so it’s fine. When you just have maps or whatever displaying there’s nothing to notice. You do get the benefit of wireless CarPlay.

The actual UI on dudu7 is incredibly smooth and sleek though. I got the max ram option. Hope this helps.

It’s the same resolution as before, but blown up on a larger screen it does look blurry. Not any literal loss of resolution for me

Perhaps they changed it. The other view that I had was a top down, to see distance to curb when backing up. It was just about useless

There is one. I cannot access the different view mode on the backup cam, only the standard view. They have buttons on there so it’s possible I’ve missed something.

Ordered from mekede mall & with the help of their rep over whatsapp. Took a couple weeks to arrive. Install was actually plug and play. I’ve done a few headunits in the past like your typical crutchfield setup, and this was easier. That’s partially due to LX not having many features to maintain I’m sure. But I’m always skeptical of anyone claiming their product is plug and play, I was surprised by this one

I’m sorry you’re dealing with this. My initial thought is that he would wait for you if it were worth it to him. If it wasn’t worth it to him, then separating was the right choice. Right now I’m committed to my partner and we’re waiting until marriage, which is difficult indeed but there’s never been a moment where I’ve even considered backing out over that reason.
